Rewards Program
Q: How to Use My Rewards Points?
A: For every $100 spent, earn $1 (1 point in rewards). Choose the amount of points you wish to redeem at checkout.
Q: Will My Points Expire?
A: While there isn’t an expiration date, if for any reason the rewards program is canceled or suspended, you will be notified and advised to use all rewards points available or lose them.
Q: Where can I find my balance?
A: You can find your rewards balance in the “My Account” section under “My Orders”
Q: Will I earn rewards points on Special Orders?
A: Orders placed outside of the website via the Order Request Form will not accrue points. If you are invoiced for an order, points will not accrue.
Q: Will I get points added back to my account if I cancel my order?
A: We have a no refund policy on orders. Points will not be returned to balance once redeemed at any time.
