Q: What is private labeling?
A: Also known as “White Labeling”, a private label product is
produced by a manufacturer (such as Envii Labs) sold under a retailer’s brand
name. As a retailer, you determine how it’s packaged and labeled. Spa and Hair
Salons often use some or all private label products to create their brand.
Q: How is private labeling beneficial?
A: As the customer, buying private label products cuts down
tremendously on costs and time it would take to have products formulated from
scratch, which can cost anywhere from a few to several thousand dollars for one
product that may or may not come out the way it was intended. You’re able to
add some or all our products to your line and brand if you choose. The more you
buy the greater the incentives. Products have already been tested in the market
and are proven effective. You’re also able to sell your products as a main
source of income or in addition to your other business. For example, selling
your brand of products to your clients after you’ve performed a facial.
Q. How are your products different from other brands?
A: Our products are for all hair and skin types. Each product
is formulated to give you more essentials and less fillers. Products are made
in small batches to ensure quality.
Q: What is the shelf life for Envii Lab’s products?
A: Hair and face oils have 6 months shelf life. All other
products have 12 months. Products may last longer, however, we’ve only tested
the stability and efficacy up to 12 months.
Q: Can your products be used on all ethnicities?
A: Yes, our products are formulated for all hair and skin
types.
Q: Can I use the hair products on chemically processed hair?
A: Yes, our hair care products can be used on color-treated and
relaxed hair.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We have recently opened back up all international orders.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: PayPal and Credit Cards for online orders. Specialty orders
(placed via Order Form) we accept, Wire transfer, PayPal, Credit Cards, and ACH
payments.
Q: When do I pay?
A: Payment is remitted at the time of purchase. If placing an
order via the Order Form, an invoice will be sent for payment. Payment must be
made within 48 of invoice receipt or order will be void.
Q: Does Envii Labs Manufacture every product offered?
A: Yes. We hand craft every batch in Spring Texas.
Q: Can I request changes to a product?
A: Aside from the "select customizations" offered under each product, we offer specialty requests if you are ordering 400 units or more of the SAME product. You can complete the ORDER FORM and we will consult with you as to whether we are able to make the requested modification. Refer to order form question below.
Q: Can I modify trial kit or order only one item?
A: No. We understand that some people may want to try only one
item, however, our trial kits are intended for the buyer to make the BEST
choice out of all the products offered. All trial kits are sold as-is.
Q: Can you mass produce a product I already have formulated?
A: No. We no longer offer this service.
Q: Can you formulate a product for me from scratch?
A: No. We no longer offer this service.
Q: Can I try products before committing?
A: Yes. We encourage you to buy a trial kit and try all products before purchasing in bulk.
Q: Can I sample the customization I've selected?
A: We offer customizations as an option, however, we encourage you to order the stock formula. We understand that some customers wish to personalize so with this option, we suggest that you order a gallon of the customized product to test out and to see if you like it. If you are unsure of a fragrance to select, we recommend you ship us a fragrance of your choice. We do not send out individual fragrance options.
Q: Are your products ALL natural?
A: No. We use plant-derived, natural and organic ingredients in
all products, however, with the exception of our face and hair oils, products
are not considered ALL natural or organic.
Q: Are your products free of toxins?
A: Yes, our products do not container harmful chemicals.
Q: Do you test on animals?
A: No.
Q: What is the minimum that I can place for bulk orders?
A: MOQ: 20 units/1 gallon
Q: Do you label the products?
A: We do not offer label design or printing services in-house. We
offer label application ONLY. If you select "Label Design and Print" as an option, you will be charged for the label application for a fee of $.25/unit and will be sent a follow up email within 24 hours of placing your order detailing next steps to get you set up with the right label company for your budget. Once your labels are finished, they will be mailed to us to apply. Your products will be delivered to you ready to sell.
Q: Do you provide MSD sheets?
A: Yes, upon request. Allow up to 24 hours to receive via
email.
Q: How long does it take for my order to process?
A: Turnaround times are subject to change depending on
production volume. Typically, our processing times are 2 weeks for most orders
and up to 4 weeks for very large bulk orders. Current processing times are
listed under each private label bulk order tab.
Trial kits process within 1 week from the date of purchase.
Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive once
shipped?
A: 1-4 days depending on location.
Q: What temperature should my products be stored at?
A: We ask that you store ALL products in a cool/dark place
until distributed. A room temp no warmer than 72 degrees is ideal and no cooler
than 40 degrees. This will prolong your products and prevent them from freezing
or becoming contaminated.
Q: Is there a contract/agreement I must sign to purchase?
A: Yes, we have a Private Label Manufacturing Agreement that
all customers must acknowledge before creating an account and prior to checking
out. It is imperative that you read and print for your records.
Q: Is there a Refund Policy?
A: All Sales are final.
Q: What is the ORDER FORM?
A: The Order Form can be found on our website at the top via a
tab. The form is to be completed for the following:
- Changes to product that are not listed as an option
- Changes in containers and packaging (this includes your own containers and caps or the request for larger or smaller sizes).
Please note: 400 units or more MUST be purchased to
complete the form.
Q: What if my order is defective or not to my liking?
A: Although we do our best to ensure that our products are
manufactured and packaged to the highest standards, there may be a case in
which a product may have a defect. In this case, after an investigation is preformed, a remake may be possible.
Q: What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
A: We ask that you contact the courier and file claim. Submit
the claim number to us and we will determine the best course of action.

A: Label dimension recommendations can be found at the bottom
of our website. Click the link “Recommend Label Dimensions.”
Q: Where are the ingredients listed?
A: Full ingredients list can be found on the “specifications”
tab under each product.
Q: Are there discounts?
A: Yes. When ordering 60 units/3 gallons or more per product
you’ll receive 15% off. The 15% off discount is not in combination with any
other promotion or sale. The greatest discount will be applied.

A: Not at this time

Q: Is there a fragrance-free option?
A: You can select fragrance-free option under each product where applicable
Q: Do you have products that treat acne, eczema, or other
medical skin conditions?
A: No. We do not have products that have been tested and proven to be effective in eliminating or treating medical skin conditions.
Q: Are there recommended skin care steps?
A: Yes, we recommend the following:

Step 2: Treatment Serum
Step 3: Toner
Step 4: Moisturizer/Oil
Q: Can I select containers and caps not shown on website?
A: When ordering 400 units or more. You will need to complete
the ORDER FORM.
Q: When can I expect results?
A: We recommend that you use the product(s) up to 21 days to
see best results. Some products will have immediate effects. Do not stop using
the product early or switch to a different product until you’ve given it enough
time to work.
Please note: Everyone has different skin physiologies,
and we understand that what may work for someone else, may not work for
another.
Q: What if the product doesn’t work on my skin?
A: We encourage you to purchase a trial kit to make that
determination prior to ordering bulk. As all sales are final.

A: Under each skincare product, you’ll find a “specifications”
tab. Click the tab and view all information related to each product.
Q: Do I have to name my product the same name as Envii Labs?
A: No. We do encourage you to brand and market your product as
you wish. However, you MUST provide full ingredients on packaging or on bottle
exactly how it is written on our website.
